Presto Engineering are looking for an Apprentice/Trainee CNC Machinist to join their growing team in Witney, Oxfordshire. The role will primarily involve setting up and operating 3, 4, and 3 + 2 axis CNC machining centres for a variety of high-end production work.

The role of Apprentice/Trainee CNC Machinist will primarily involve setting up and operating 3, 4, and 3 + 2 axis CNC machining centres for a variety of high-end production work.
Presto Engineering are seeking a candidate who is keen to develop further and utilise this opportunity to also become proficient in CAD/CAM programming and producing tooling for production jobs.
The ideal candidate will have completed or be currently completing a qualification in Engineering and may already have some practical experience, this is desirable but is not essential.
Minimum requirement of 5 GCSEs (including English, Maths and a Science) Grade 4+ or above (grade C equivalent).
Presto Engineering will also commit to supporting the successful candidate through the OAS Apprenticeship Programme - 1st year of the apprenticeship is spent at Oxfordshire Advanced Skills (OAS) Culham.
