Working as a member of our Support Team, the successful candidate will be tasked with providing product and application support for customers around the UK.

You will be involved in the delivery and commissioning of Festo systems for our new customers, whilst also providing support and training to existing customers. You will be primarily tasked with visiting clients to support them in person and therefore must have a full UK driving licence.

In addition to this you will have the opportunity to attend various training sessions for you to upskill on our products, and the latest technologies that they represent.

Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
• Provide customer support and training on Festo learning systems, that includes topics such as:
o Fluid Power
 Pneumatics
 Hydraulics
 Electro-Pneumatics
 Electro-Hydraulics
o Control Systems
 PLC Programming (TIA Portal, CoDeSys)
o Renewable Energy

• Assist / manage installations at customer sites
• Assist / attend exhibitions or demonstrations
• Develop training courses
• Feedback customer leads and any concerns in a timely manner

The person:
• Strong communications skills - Regular presentations will be required, product demonstrations, verbal and written communications
• Good organisational skills
• Highly motivated
• Full UK driving licence
