Since 2021, Presto has run an Apprenticeship Scheme in partnership with Oxfordshire Advanced Skills (OAS) at Culham, Oxfordshire.
All apprentices undertake a 3-year apprenticeship to achieve a Level 3 in Machining, whilst completing a mixture of training on the job and theoretical at OAS.
We are seeking a candidate who is keen to develop further and utilise this opportunity to also become proficient in CAD/CAM programming and producing tooling for production jobs.
The role will primarily involve setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machining centres for a variety of high-end production work.
Candidate skills and qualities required:

- Previous engineering experience desired but not required.
MTC Training eligibility: 5 GCSE's grades 9-4 / A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language or English Literature
