A new webinar series for employers with a focus on skills

We're hosting a series of informative webinars designed to help you find and retain the right skills for your business

Securing the right skills for your business, at the right time and at the right price, can be a challenge, particularly in the engineering and technology sectors.

Many businesses are finding it difficult to retain skilled personnel, due to an ageing employee population, or to replace them owing to an impoverished talent pipeline. Add to this the rise of digital technologies and their fast-changing landscape, and the challenge becomes even greater. There is also the increasing relevance of learning and development as a motivation and retention tool.

While there is no quick fix, we hope that our new webinar series will provide an opportunity to explore best-practice and share expert knowledge in strategic people management, to support you in addressing these issues. Each webinar will run for one hour, with plenty of time for questions.

Over the next few months, we will:

• look at data science, and how enhancing your capability can add value to your business
• hear from experts about future skills demands in the advanced manufacturing sector
• review how life-long learning can help you to recruit, retain and motivate staff.

We are already working on securing more speakers, but will also develop the programme based on your feedback.

Sign up for the whole series, or select the ones most relevant to you.

We look forward to welcoming you!
