What we look for:
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and passionate apprentices who would like to kick start their careers in a manufacturing engineering environment, who are practically minded and can demonstrate their practical skills either through their education, ie projects completed at school/college, or extracurricular activities, which can vary from making and building things to commitment to hobbies and interests.
The programme:
The apprenticeship will involve a split between on-the-job training and periodic block release at our training provider, Oxfordshire Advanced Skills (OAS) based at Culham. Successful candidates will start their Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship in September 2026. Please note that there is the potential to move to a Level 3 course or equivalent after completing Level 2.
The training provided will equip you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to help you further your career.
Qualifications and Experience:
Level 2 – Maths and English grades 3-9

Hours on site are:
