An interactive event focussing on addressing engineering and technical skills gaps in the UK space sector
Join Oxfordshire Advanced Skills (OAS), space sector organisations and enterprises, plus national training providers at the STFC's Visitor Centre on the Harwell Campus for this event focussing on skills gaps and workforce challenges in the UK space sector, in relation to engineering and technical skills in particular.
Guest speakers, and a panel drawn from companies operating across the space sector, together with training providers, will discuss these challenges and take questions.
The event also includes an exhibition, demonstrations, and a collaborative workshop which aims to generate ideas and solutions to help to address issues facing the UK Space Sector.
Speakers include space sector experts from Airbus, STFC, Space Skills Alliance, UK Space Agency, the Future Skills Institute, Truro & Penwith College and Workforce Foresighting Hub.
A complimentary lunch and refreshments will be provided.
This event is free to attend for anyone operating within the space sector and related technical industries such as robotics and automation.
